7Credit check & house rules

No application fee. After you apply, we email you an Experian Connect link. You pay Experian directly for your own credit report (about $15; never more than $20 under New York law) and share it with us.

No pets (assistance animals are not pets). No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, inside or out. No space heaters or other supplemental heating.

I authorize At The Docks LLC to verify this information, including contacting current and previous landlords, employers, and references, and to review the credit report I provide and a criminal background check, to evaluate this application.

At The Docks LLC charges no application fee. This application is not a lease or a guarantee of tenancy.
