Renters insurance required. Proof is due within 30 days of signing.
How to rent
- Apply online. Every adult who will live in the apartment fills out an application. It takes about 10 minutes, and there’s no fee.
- Credit check. We email you an Experian Connect link. You pay Experian directly (about $15, never more than $20) and share your report with us. Already have one from the last 30 days? Send that instead.
- Sign your lease online. Once you’re approved, review and sign the lease from any device. We countersign and email you a copy.
- Move in. Pay the first month’s rent and the $900 deposit, walk through the apartment with us, and get your keys.
After your first year: renew for another 12 months at $915/month, or stay month-to-month at $950/month.
