2025 updates:

Emails will be going out to renters from 2024 shortly (March) to gauge interest in renewing this year. We are still in the midst of completing the boardwalk project. This is scheduled to be completed this year. We understand that the water and other factors caused some boards to come off over the last 2 years. This will be repaired as we can make time, some are simple board replacements and some are underlying welds on the metal framing. Deconstruction of the interior of the main part of the hotel structure is ongoing, we are asking that no one parks close to the building during this time. Any other issues please shoot us a text message or Facebook message as those are monitored by multiple people for responses.

2023 Updates:

• End of year update: Boats must be removed by October 1!
• We are scheduling contractors for the dock install May 15-19th.
• Please read the email that was sent to existing renters.
• New Mailing address :PO Box 804, Ogdensburg NY 13669
• We will open availability to the wait list on May 14th
• We have receive final approval on our Shoreline project, we are in the process of selecting contractors

Moving into the 2022 season there will be a few changes:

• Electrical for all boats will be a flat fee of $100/year
• We have moved to an entirely online contract experience, checks can still be mailed. Pictures of insurance or PDFs must be uploaded.
• Contracts must be signed and submitted with required documents between Jan 1 – Mar 22. With a large waiting list we will not be reaching out if you miss this deadline. On Mar 23, 2022 we will be opening all extra slips to our waiting list. There will be no exceptions.

2021 Season Updates:

Thanks for another great year! We have quite a bit of construction work heading into the fall/winter seasons as well as in the Spring so we are requiring that all boats be removed by Oct 14, 2021.
